EbosiX Nigeria Refund Policy

EbosiX is committed to providing reliable transportation services across Nigeria. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for rides booked through the EbosiX platform.
1. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Ride Cancellation by Driver — If a driver cancels a ride after a rider has already been charged.
- Incorrect Charges — If a rider is charged more than the actual fare due to a technical or billing error.
- Driver Did Not Arrive — If the driver fails to arrive at the pickup location and the rider is charged.
- Duplicate Payments — If the rider is charged twice for the same ride.
- Service Issues — If a ride could not be completed due to safety concerns, vehicle breakdown, or other service-related problems.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:
- Rider cancels the trip after the driver has already arrived.
- Incorrect pickup location provided by the rider.
- Delays caused by traffic or road conditions.
- Disputes after a completed ride without supporting evidence.
3. Refund Request Process
Riders may request a refund by contacting EbosiX support within 48 hours of the ride.
To request a refund, riders should provide:
- Trip details
- Date and time of ride
- Reason for refund request

- The EbosiX mobile application support section
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
5. Payment Method for Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the ride, including:
- Debit or credit card
- Bank transfer
- In-app wallet (if applicable)
6. Fraud Prevention
EbosiX reserves the right to deny refund requests if fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy is suspected.

EbosiX may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website or within the mobile application.
