EbosiX Nigeria Terms of Service

Welcome to EbosiX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EbosiX platform, including our website, mobile applications, and transportation services provided by independent driver partners.

By accessing or using the EbosiX platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. About EbosiX

EbosiX is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers who provide transportation services. EbosiX does not directly provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier.

Drivers using the platform operate as independent contractors.

2. Eligibility

To use the EbosiX platform, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

EbosiX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

3. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access EbosiX services. Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activity occurring under their account
• Providing accurate contact and payment information

4. Ride Requests

Riders may request transportation services through the EbosiX platform. Once a driver accepts a ride request:

• The rider agrees to pay the estimated fare
• The driver agrees to provide transportation services

Actual fares may vary based on distance, time, traffic, and demand.

5. Payments

Payments for rides may be processed through the EbosiX platform. Accepted payment methods may include:

• Debit cards
• Credit cards
• Bank transfers
• In-app wallet payments

Users agree to pay all applicable fares, service fees, and cancellation fees associated with their ride.

6. Driver Partners

Drivers who use the EbosiX platform operate as independent contractors, not employees of EbosiX. Drivers are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid licenses and vehicle documentation
• Following applicable traffic and transportation laws
• Ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy

EbosiX may conduct verification checks before approving driver accounts.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass or threaten drivers or riders
• Damage vehicles or property
• Provide false information

EbosiX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Safety and Liability

EbosiX strives to provide a safe platform for riders and drivers. However, EbosiX is not responsible for:

• Actions of independent drivers or riders
• Delays caused by traffic or road conditions
• Loss or damage of personal belongings during rides

Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Ride cancellations and refund requests are governed by EbosiX's Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which are available on the EbosiX website and mobile application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EbosiX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

EbosiX reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated misuse of the platform

12. Changes to Terms

EbosiX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means users accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
